It's Nearly Over!
Hi all! Welcome to December's monthly YouTube Member post and the final post for 2020. The next time I'll post one of these we'll have this probably-worst-year-in-recent-history behind us and while it's not as if everything will magically get better as soon as the clock strikes midnight, hopefully 2021 will give us a bit of a break.
Before all that though there's the small matter of the biggest GTA DLC of all time (supposedly). A new heist on a new island seems pretty amazing, and while I have my reservations regarding the accessibility of this new map (personally I think it will only be accessible during the heist and not free roam), I'm sure it will bring with it a lot of other new content. I'm expecting at least plenty of cars and a return to them releasing a new car every week unfortunately. As always DLC day is going to be busy, as will the weeks afterwards getting testing done and videos out, but at least it's coming out on the 15th.
And the reason I say that is because it's my birthday on the 10th of this month! For two years now I've managed to escape the potential of having to test cars and cover a GTA DLC on my birthday (last year my birthday was a Tuesday and they released the DLC on Thursday 12th instead), and I'm more happy about that than I even realised. While I'm still planning to stream on the evening of my birthday as usual, it's at least nice to know that I can relax a little before it all hits and the stress levels rise.
I'm also hoping to jump back onto iRacing sooner rather than later too, as I've enjoyed my first foray into the proper sim racing experience. I'm looking forward to continuing that journey alongside the usual GTA content.
Thanks for all the support this year and beyond, and I'll speak to you all again in one of these exclusive posts in the new year. Stay safe and have a good holiday season everyone!
