Broughy Points

You gain 1 Broughy Point (BP) for every minute spent logged in and watching my Twitch streams live. You do not gain any BP watching VODs or on other platforms.

There are two counts which serve very different functions: Total BP and Usable BP.

Total BP

Total BP is only affected by the amount of time spent watching streams. It continues to rise at the rate of 1 every minute and essentially just logs the amount of time you’ve spent watching me. It’s unaffected by giving points to the goal (more below) or any temporary modifiers/bonuses. By watching all streams you can gain around 3,000 Total BP per month.

Regular Role

When you reach 13,220 Total BP you’re considered a “regular” and will receive the regular role in my Discord server by following the instructions in the #welcome channel there. Being a regular gives you extra chat permissions on Twitch, the use of my Twitch emotes in Discord without being subscribed, a regulars-only Discord channel, and priority when joining game sessions. You can also skip the grind and purchase the regular role via this item on my store.

Super Regular Role

When you reach 132,200 Total BP you’re considered a “super regular” and can apply for that role in Discord too. This doesn’t grant you much extra over the regular role apart from the immense street cred from being a supporter for so long. However it does give you access to a Discord channel only for super regulars which is easily the most exclusive group of all roles and therefore the most private channel to chat to me directly and amongst yourselves.

Usable BP

Usable BP is counted separately from Total BP and is reset to 0 for everyone at the start of each season (January, May, and September). It may also reset for off-season months and is affected by giving points to the goal or any temporary modifiers. Usable BP normally increases at the same rate as Total BP but bonus points can be gained via things like subscribing and donating.

BP Goal

Followers on Twitch can give some or all of their current Usable BP towards the seasonal BP goal, which if reached as a collective community effort will grant some reward, giveaway, and/or forfeit for me.

You can give BP towards the goal by typing, for example, “+100 broughyBP” in chat during streams when I’m live. This uses the BP follower emote and you can check the monthly goal progress by using the emote alone in chat or at the top of the table below.

Bonus BP

You can only use the Usable BP that you’ve earned since the last reset to give towards the goal. Once you’re out you’ll have to wait to get some more at the usual rate of 1 per minute. There are some extra ways to boost your Usable BP count though, including:

• Subscribing on Twitch - Each month you subscribe adds an extra 500 BP.

• Giving Gift Subscriptions - Each subscription you give adds an extra 500 BP.

• Donating Via Streamlabs - Each dollar donated adds an extra 100 BP.

• Cheering With Bits - Each bit used adds an extra 1 BP.
