Catching Up Again

Before I get into it - the MCEC is back! I have to say I'm really excited about this season. I have a lot less stress going into it from a personal perspective and a lot less expectation on myself. Hopefully I can enjoy the racing more. But I also already know I'm going to enjoy the videos more too. I just finished up the video for round one and I think it's awesome. Hopefully you guys will too :)

After coming back from Sweden I've had a massive amount of catching up to do. With Patreon rewards, streams, back end youtube/business stuff, and the MCEC itself, and I made a change to how I deal with that this time - I took some time away from videos. I have still been posting and I obviously covered the necessary vehicles when released on Tuesdays, but beyond that I just took a little step back whilst I got everything in the background sorted out.

And I have to say I feel a lot better for it. A lot more motivated to focus on what I need to do going forward, and a lot less stressed out about everything. Sometimes it's important to just stop and catch up on things (as much as you'd rather keep pushing forward) and it's something I haven't done all that much until now. In previous years I'd have ran myself into the ground trying to make 5 videos a week in addition to all the streams and background stuff. Anyway, as August begins I'm looking forward to what we'll have coming up on YouTube and Twitch. Thanks for coming along for the ride!
