The Wait Is Over!

Hi everyone and welcome to the monthly Patreon post for August. Also welcome to any new Patrons this month, thank you for joining!

It looks like we're about to experience something that comes only twice a year these days - new GTA DLC! This has to have been the longest period without new content in the history of the game. Casino Heist came out on 12th December, so if we see the new DLC on the predicted 11th/13th August it will have been 8 months!

And it has definitely felt like it. That damn 2020 Muscle cars video could've been made at so many points over the last few months and still had a good amount of time to be current and accurate, but I kept putting it off waiting for a new DLC to include any new cars. I should've just done it in April when MCEC ended. But back then we thought a small DLC was coming in May.

But it looks like the wait will be over soon. As always my level of "busy" will soon be maxed out as we try to learn what has changed, what's coming up, and of course testing cars for lap time and top speed as soon as they release. While it has been nice to have a bit of a break from it all, I'm excited to get back to it (and now we wait for September's post where I'm relieved the DLC hype has died down again :D)
