Newsletter: Time To Take A Break
"Taking A Break" is the title of my latest GTA Live Racing video and it basically talks about how, for the next two weeks, I'll be refraining from actually making any videos or basically doing any work whatsoever. Time for a bit of a holiday :) But worry not! I already have two weeks worth of videos scheduled for your amusement! Patreon supporters should already have the inside scoop on what those are going to be, but for this email I'll cover what I've done in the last two weeks. Also remember that there are only a few days left to buy a Broughy Scumbag T-Shirt before they're gone for good!
Fact Finding Lives Up To The Hype
Since bringing back the GTA Fact Finding series I've had a great response to the effort I've put in to those videos and this is one of the best yet, as I introduce an updated spreadsheet of vehicle stats in addition to going through some of those stats and figuring out what they mean, with some interesting findings!

A New Track And A Great Race
During this two week break I hope to get back into Project Cars a bit more since I've been neglecting it with the pressure of making videos and GTA-related content, but the latest pCARS Online episode showed how great the game can be and the really intense races that are possible even in slow cars. In addition to that I also now have a brand new "main" GTA racing circuit in the shape of R.O.N. Raceway, becoming the first to be available on all five platforms straight away!

Fastest Vehicles, Not Just Cars!
The Best Fully Upgraded Cars series took a different turn recently when I started testing vehcles you can't use in races, and I finished that mini-series off with the Emergency Vehicles class, featuring quite a surprising number one! Now it's time to move away from the cars and test the last things possible to test, starting with boats!

More Live Shenanigans
During the next two weeks of less activity there will be an increase in the proportion of "live" style videos as it's easier to edit and upload stream footage in comparison to regular commentaries, but at least there's a little bit more variety in series types these days! Introducing Rocket League to the channel was great since it's such a fun game, and the regular GTA Live series has its usual episodes from past streams. That's in addition to the Live Racing episode I mentioned earlier.

Criminal Mastermind Series Into Home Stretch
10 videos remain in this series and the first four in the "second half" show the Series A heist in full. Some tricky setup missions here and the tension starts to increase - you don't want to make a mistake now that you're more than half way through! As a consequence of that we end up taking things rather slow...

Second Channel Hilarity
My second channel is also in full swing with random clips being uploaded and some of the best I'll put here. Both are stream highlights and two of the most memorable stream moments I think I've ever had!

And that's it for these two weeks! Thanks for your support it really does mean a lot, and I appreciate you receiving these emails to stay up to date. Remember to let me know if there's anything you'd like to see here or on my channel in general! Cheers!

From January to October 2015 I sent a newsletter every two weeks which linked all the videos I’d published during that time, helping those who signed up to not miss anything. It spawned from a CGP Grey idea/blog post and led to me creating one of the worst clickbait videos I’ve ever made. The short-lived newsletter did have some limited success with over 100 sign-ups, but eventually proved too much effort for the small benefits as social media and other ways to connect with viewers grew significantly faster. All of the newsletters I sent have been brought over here for archival purposes, as they formed a baseline for what would become the monthly Patreon blogs that started in September 2016 with “The Big Patreon Update”.
